What Documents are Needed to Get an E-passport?
You must download and print the completed application form. Next, a copy of your passport-sized photo, your NID card photocopy, and your bank deposit receipt must be attached. A photocopy of the parent’s NID card must be submitted with the applicant’s birth certificate if they are under the age of 18.
On the day of the biometrics appointment, applicants often need to present these important documents to the passport office. Without attestation, the necessary documents for an e-passport application can be delivered to the passport office.

Entering the website “www.epassport.gov.bd” and selecting the “Apply Online” option on the left will launch the application. The applicant must supply certain information during the application procedure, such as name, birthdate, current and permanent address, occupation, national identification number, information from a prior passport, parents’ names and occupations, contact information, emergency contact information, etc. Additionally, the application fee’s bank account information will be needed by the system.
